Inyoni Rocks Cabanas is built on 1,7 hectares of beach front property.
The property was originally the site of the Goodwill Hotel and Gardens. The Hotel was demolished in 1976 to make way for the Cabanas and the ground around them has been developed into leisure spots, including pools, thatched seating and alfresco eating and braai areas overlooking the beach.

15 years ago the municipality built a promenade in front of Inyoni Rocks Cabanas joining the multi-storey flats to the South of the Cabanas with the swimming beach and service area (cafe, Spur restaurant, life-saving) next to our beach resort. Extensive modernisation and alteration has been done to the Cabanas over the years, and it is now one of the prime self-catering Beach Resorts on the Kwa-Zulu/Natal Coast, south of Durban.
